Q.

Reyansh is 19 months now but he is still under 11 kgs weight he is not growing up

A. for good Growth of the child it is important that the child should get proper nutritional requirement which is very important for the growing child specially iron and vitamin D is required for better growth and cognition . also there is role of other micronutrients. one should ensure that the child should get a proper balanced diet which contains all types of nutrients essential for growth. any kind of infection specially any chronic infecttion should be ruled out and treated which may hamper the growth otherwise. after 2 years of aged you can give some powder like kids Pro/ prohance junior mix in milk twice a day for one or two months.

A. Its Decent enough as of now that’s what I can tell you but yes of course the weight needs to be somewhere around 12 KG minimum by the age of two years so you can increase the amount of proteins into your child’s daily diet egg can be given chicken and fish can also be given to the child on an every day basis
