requesting i am planing for 2nd baby and hav very very normal periods in my life till now bt this month only my periods late by 2 days and i also have some extra hunger cramp urination bt today I was tooo busy in function so than my period came is that pregnency miscarriage or jt my periods late pls any one explain

A. check pregnancy. For maintenance of gap between two pregnancy you need proper contraception. it can be any method yet practice it regular and don't miss on any dose to prevent its failure. pils, copper T or condoms all can work ok
