NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello yes initially it can be low and it will Improve gradually and make sure mom takes fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables especially sabakki and fenugreek which can help to increase the milk secretion and also khus khus helps too and if secretion is too low lactating tablet can be taken
