ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician4 years agoA. hi parent for a 3 yr old with abdomen pain and vomitings ,primarily cause is gastritis, avoid spicy food stuffs like potato chips , or chocolates atleast for a month, and add antacids in case the cause is hook worm infestation, deworming to be done with syp albendazole

Author of questionMom of a 8 yr old boy4 years agoA. Sir last month i have given him Noworm named medicine as prescribed by doctor. Yet i can hear him biting his teeth at night. the chocolates and chips i m sure can be his cause for stomach pain n vomiting. i have given him Ondem syrup 5 ml and colicoid 7 ml as he is 30 kg weight n 3.5 feet tall
