red dots like blood in 6 weeks infant poop, pls need help to know what is the reason?

Blood in the motion of the child is basically a sign for stomach infection or protein allergy so you please visit your doctor get the treatment and medication started for the child which would really be important to be given to the child in the current course of antibiotics would be needed
