my baby is 3 mnth old. last 5-6 days she has yellow poop with red blood . what is the reason of this.

A. hi it might happen because of constipation or Infection so I advise to visit your pediatrician. it is important please continue with breastfeeding. maintain good hygiene using Babyhug multipurpose cleaner.
