is red dots in baby poop normal?

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl8 months agoA. It must be blood that is why the red dots are coming because your child is only on milk powder dots are going to come otherwise mostly the red dot blood they are associated with an infection in the stomach can you please consult your doctor once
