rashes on my baby skin..plz help me out

skin rashes can have causes that aren't due to underlying disease.
Example include hot and humid weather , excess sun exposure or scratchy clothes that don't fit etc.
please dress your child in weather appropriate clothes
prefer Cotton clothes.
keep your child in well vantileted room
skip suspected cosmetics.
you can apply thin layer of baby soothing Calamine lotion on rashes to cure.
maintain good hygiene.
