please help me my baby have some skin rashes on his face and neck...what should I do?

A. Hi mom Maintain hygiene Make meal time fun with toys Keep baby’s surroundings clean and dust free Take a good care of your baby Burp well after every feeding Stay hydrated Try to keep head up position while feeding Apply coconut oil or olive oil
