preterm babys usually not to take bath and oil and dont use fan, out side going people should not take a baby but somebody using before dr suggestion if doing this make any prblm to baby or not a prblm

Premature child you can probably wait for these things for a month or so child is like born in eight months or seven months after that slowly you can start massaging the body with oil and you can use all kind of products and you can also give a bath to the child every day mostly you just have to rest restricted for a month at least
