give top food four times a day and up to three fourth Katori every time. add Ghee to every meal. add powdered nuts and oilseeds to baby's food.
pulses, beans eggs and other non veg food.
seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables.
full cream top milk to prepare recipes like porridge, kheer and give as milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. continue to breastfeed baby.
Alisha gulatiGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. If your baby is above 6 months start giving dalia and sabudana khichdi . Also can make sabudana kheer . Try add makhana powder and almond peanuts powder in every kheer in morning like rice kheer , sabudana kheer , ragi poridge , suji kheer, carrot kheer .
Also add ghee in dalia and vegetable khichdi , make lauki and pumpkin ka halwa .. instead of sugar add mishri or dates powder , or gur powder .
Make a habit of feeding banana to the baby in evening either with oats or custard banana .
