pregnancy ke last month se muje back c bone bohoth he darad kar raha. hy ab baby ko 4 month laga hy a dard be badte ja raha hy baitne me jyada kadne me bohath dard kar raha hy please is vaka aur ilaaj batao

A. Syp dashamoolarishta 4 tbsp with equal quantity of warm water should be taken twice daily which is effective for back pain and also other body ache complaints Regular oil massage for a few days is also very effective
