A. yes dear if u don't have any particular health issue then yes definitely you can have because oats are full of fibre and it will help to keep problem of constipation away u can have Iron-rich foods for breakfast include dried fruit, oatmeal, spinach, eggs, tofu and iron-fortified cereals still once confirn with ur gynecologist
