postpartum hair loss will stop or no .. whether hair growth is possible after postpartum hair loss .. what to do to keep hair healthy..

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy4 years agoA. Hello good afternoon !! Post delivery hairfall happens due to harmonal changes,low Haemoglobin, stress but it lasts for 5-8 months only.
You have to include protein,iron foods in diet to reduce hairfall.
Do regular scalp massage with warm oil, hairpacks after 6 months - fenugreek seeds pack, egg pack, hibiscus leaves/flowers pack, onion,amla oils will control hairfall.
