Post 24hrs of PCV Booster Vaccine our baby is having a high fever around 102 degrees. Please advise.

A. hello parents. post vaccination fever are common which last for 2 to 3 days. just give ur cjikd syp paracetomol in right dobe in every 6 hours. t. c
