Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children2 years agoA. If it happrned once and the chold has no other complaints tgen you may relax. But if the child has been passing stools with blood multiple times then it could ve due to severe constipation or any other underlying condition. So its neceasary to get the child examined by a doctor.
