Q.

Post 1.5 months of c-section delivery , can someone suggest what methods I should start with for weight loss? I am a breastfeeding mom , Does doing exercises or yoga will be good ?

A. hi mom as you are breastfeeding so have good proteins like dals eggs chicken paneer soya curds tofu, variety of vegetables and fresh fruits and hydrate yourself well for better quality of milk and also for weight loss

A. And you cannot go ahead with any kind of exercise and before six months and weight loss you should forget for sometime till the time you are exclusively breastfeeding the child and till the time your C-section stitches do not heal completely you cannot do it with any work out so eat well and feed well otherwise would have severe weakness in the bodyWrite Your Answer Here
