DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 6 months old and he is having a cold and fever so you should not give him a bath and needs syrup wikoryl 1.5 ml three times a day and vicks rub or steam inhalation too

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. please give febrex plus drops to the baby 0.5 ml 3 times a day of Cold and cough in the babies are because of viral infections which will take at least five to six days time to subside it is advisable to do steam inhalation frequently to liquefy the secretions as well put nasoclear saline drops in the nose of the baby
