Q.

plz suggest some easy way to reduce tummy as I have developed a lot.I spin my afternoon meal and avoid taking fats but still after pregnancy my tummy isn't reducing

A. Dear mum, you should also exercise every day for 45 to 60 minutes. Exercises like abdominal crunches, pelvic tilts help in toning the stomach muscles. Eat mindfully and avoid junk foods. Have a balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables. Have lean proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, low fat milk and milk products. Have healthy fats from almonds, flaxseed. Have small frequent meals and adequate fluid intake.
