plz suggest immunity booster food

A. Hello mom one of the best immunity boosting foods are seasonal fresh fruits and vegetables, especially the dark coloured ones . Making them of the most important part of the diet routine is very much important . Apart from that turmeric milk, dry fruit , tulsi water , home made kadha , and also fresh food made at home and limit the sugar intake and also outside and packaged foods
