See as a gynaecologist would be available I am very sure they will help you but I have seen some some similar case so I can tell you when you get a regular medical procedure done it’s much better because sometimes with medicine also little bit of remaining can be there in the body then you have to go for a medical procedure so it’s better to go for medical termination and before your friend conceive is the next child she should actually treat the fibroids first as that can also play an important role in disturbing the pregnancy
