plz help me to gain my daughter weight

A. Namaste Mom, You can mostly give the child healthy weight gaining foods as such , such as eggs, fresh fruit milk shakes such as banana you can add almonds or cashew with some dates , apart from that mango, chikku , avacado as well are good option, dry fruits , nuts and seeds, dals, chana, lobia etc ,stuff paranthas, sago etc
