ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello father as the baby is only 2 months old so hence mothers milk is the Most essential source of food for them . So hence the mother needs to take a good healthy balanced diet and preferably plan it as per before baby feed time in that way the baby gets a filling feed and hence help in weight gain
