plz anyone help me. my 3 yr old boy has a irritating sound when he talks. sound is like double mixed sound. but he has no cough. this is from last 3 months when there is winter. previously we thought may be this is bcz he got cold.but we r sure this is not bcz of cold. anyone plz rply if faced same problem
