I can see that you are mommy of a 5 minth old baby. If you had a normal delivery you can put your foot down and start working out,starting with simple 15 mins cardio and the gradually intensifying it.. if you had c sec kindly wait till your baby turns 6 month old.. Along with this have a calorie restricted diet upto only 1600 calories intially and grafually bringing it down further

walk more
take sunbathing daily with head and ears covered in the morning
use simply purified water having tds higher than 350
avoid maida and processed food
take little less than what yoj really need
