i want loss my weight please tell me

A. hi start doing exercises and yoga regularly. do Suryanamashkar or pranayam daily. eat couple of bites less than usual. take low fat high fiber diet like green veggies, fresh fruits more avoid taking junk food items. drink warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning.
