A. Hi Stick to more of home-cooked food only try to have more of proteins and green leafy vegetables a good fibre this diet for yourself and includes pomegranate or orange juice whatever is available to you in your daily diet and have an iron supplement with that that with absorption of iron is going to be double and also there is no restriction on any kind of food as such you should eat what you like to eat
