A. hi your diet chart must include fresh fruits , veggies , different pulses, whole grains, milk and milk based products, nuts and Dry Fruits. avoid taking raw veggies say no to Junk food items please don't take alcohol and airted drinks don't take uncooked, processed or raw meat.
