A. Hello mam, You can have 6 small meal times distributed along the day .. 3 main meals and 2 to 3 times inbetween you can take like a snack as such . You can have normal foods like dal , rice , roti , vegetable and seasonal fruits , milk and products such as ghee , panner , curds , millets ,
