ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. once consult your gynaecologist for routine check up and do all routine investigation required And start treatment as advised by your doctor. take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day

Ou Colleges for that the doctor would be able to give you medicine according to the requirement of the body because there is a wide variety of calcium supplements available in the market with always better specifically during pregnancy to go with who with your gynaecologist advice
