ideally it should be 15mcg or 600iu
but for this ,I advise to avoid giving RO water to your child
it can lead to deficiency of vitamin D and vitamin B12 in adults also
so please avoid Ro water
take or give apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day,it is best for Vitamin D formation
