Please suggest something for weight loss

A. only way to lose weight is to do moderate exercises and take less fat and carbohydrate so invariably without doing exercise it is not possible to lose weight . . .

A. Hi dear mom For urself, to loose weight start with the exercise. U can do yoga, cycling, walk, jogging, dance as per your convenience. Drink lukewarm water with lemon and honey in the morning empty stomach to burn fat. Avoid high calorie food like sugary bakery junk and oily food
