A. Hello mam For weight loss have small and frequent meals Include protein in your three major meals .. dal, oats, paneer, sprouts, soya, eggs, chicken, curd, milk can be included Start your meal with salad and glass of water with chia seeds soaked for 10 mins Have only one grain in a meal that is either roti or rice Restrict intake of bakery products, sweets, suagr, sugary drinks, fried foods Water 2-3 litre per day For stretch marks u can apple coconut oil with vit e capsule added to it or olive oil
