#AskTheExpert Hello mam Any suggestions how can I loss my post c section weight ...plz suggest me something want to loss

A. hi yes .. if it has been 6 months after delivery , start doing exercises and yoga regularly. don't use vehicle for short distance. walk , walk and walk. eat couple of bites less than usual.
