please suggest some nutrient rich meals for my 17 months old

A. Hello You can add nutrient dense foods like almonds, walnuts cashews, dates, anjeer, fruits , sweet potato, coloured vegetables, berries, turmeric, pepper, anjeer, egg, paneer. Dal's, milk curd to your baby's recipes.
