Apart from oats and rice, give healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups like seasonal fruits and vegetables, dairy products like paneer curd cheese, chicken fish egg, dry fruits, pulses, cereals, soup, fresh fruit juice etc.
U can give egg, chicken, fish, meat, soya, lentils, black chana, sprouts etc rich in protein to ur baby
