please suggest solid meal for my 6 month baby.

A. solids meal to start with. ragi porridge wheat porridge rice porridge cerelac blended khichdi dal dalia sabudana puree mashed boiled fruit and vegetables as potato sweet potato carrot beetroot apple pear sapota banana.. remember to introduce one new food one at a time..
