please suggest memory power increasing food for my baby?

A. Brain boosting foods for toddlers: Spinach : contains folate for all round brain development. Eggs: have choline which helps in retaining neural pathways to keep memories intact. Curd Fish: contains omega 3 fatty acids which are vital for brain development. Berries : have flavonoids which improve learning capabilities. Turmeric Walnuts : they also have omega 3 fatty acids Oatmeal Beans, apples, avocados, Amla and flaxseeds also boost the development of brain.
