for example
prepare it's powder and add it while serving sheera , rab, porridge etc
you can practice some games .
like, show 8 to 10 objects to your child and tell him to remember it.
then tell your child to go at other room and write down those objects which he remembered.
along with all these , please limit your child screen time.

I give hi home made food only he doesn't like outside food or anything..he doesn't like to almonds & walnuts too...

first ,as Healthy body has Healthy mind ,I would suggest to give homemade healthy food.
limit your child sugar and salt intake.
keep your child well hydrated
avoid giving outside food.
give soaked almonds and walnuts daily in morning.
make sure your child takes enough sleep.
practice yoga or mediation daily.
