Please suggest me what I can eat while breast feeding as I think I have low milk supply because my baby is always hungry! Please suggest me what I can eat or if any list please share with me!

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Include all the food groups in small quantities. Include methi in your daily diet to increase breastmilk supply. Speak to your doctor for further advice.
