How can I increase breast milk? Because my milk supply is very low,which my son is not satisfied while feeding.

Shatavari powder is a very good lactation supplement which you can take three times in the day with warm milk this is going to help in increasing your lactation but you have to make sure to include more of fluids proteins and fibre into the diet which would really be very healthy for you
