Please suggest me some homemade healthy tiffin recipes for this Summer. My daughter is a preschool kid and her school timing is 10:30 am to 1:30 pm.

A. Hello dear parent! Gradually introduce all the food groups in your child’s diet that is healthy and common in your family. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in your child’s diet. Consult your doctor for further advice. Good luck and take care.
