please suggest best diet for 21 month old down syndrome baby

A. balanced diet having variety of food groups is the pillar for good health stress on Omega 3 fats from fish, Nuts like walnut, almond ,dry fruits, peanuts, flaxseed, lobia, some studies are linking coconut oil for brain development however control intake of fats and oil as excess can lead to overweight and obesity good protein like pulses beans egg soya , milk and Milk products, fish ,chicken, meat variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables, these provide essential vitamins and minerals like Vitamin C , vitamin B6, and magnesium. specially vitamin A containing yellow orange green fruits and vegetables avoid food which is packaged since it has high amount of sugar and additives which can worsen the symptoms
