Only a child psychologist can help you with the treatment that you can follow therapies that you can follow as you know like as when kids have little bit of delay to their mental growth and all how we suggest you to take homeopathic treatment for this purpose also I would suggest you that you should try taking a homoeopathic treatment maybe which is what is going to be beneficial for the child
