Please suggest 5 food items that we should try to include on vegetarian kids daily food. Which are essential for their growth.

A. As of now for threw out this protein specially Paneer if you are a vegetarian the second thing that you can go ahead with is onion and garlic specially during summer season it really helps a lot in fighting with heat strokes and all third most important thing is all kind of green leafy vegetables fourth is going to be fruits and 50 is going to be all kind of lentils these are the kind of five things that should definitely be a part of your child’s daily diet
