A. hi mom u need to take protein rich diet low fat and low sugar diet do yoga aerobic zumba cycling etc to loose weight and tummy .. take care ok

A. U Should just avoid having refined flour anything heavy like Chole rajma or outside food for the time being rest you can have every think there is no restriction on anything if you wish you should have good amount of pulses fruits and vegetables dairy products proteins fats and fibre
