A. hi Parents two meals and two breakfasts two small bowls each time but never force feed her soups of tomato moong drumsticks and daal meshed vegetables and fruits in the form of juice and smoothie , never add sugar r probiotics as per her suitablity khichdi upma daliya sheera khir porridge
