please reply fast bache ko khasi ki dwayi pilane ke 1 ghnta bad ulti ho gya , ulti me medicine ki smell aa rhi h to kya medicine dubara dena h ya nhi ?

A child vomit within first 30 minutes of giving the medication then you should give the medicine again but if the time was one hour and then the child vomiting that there was no need to give the medicine as the medicine will start working within in first 30 minutes
