please help me,,my 5 yrs old boy consum Shelcal pro adult gummies for last 25day।। is it harmful?? can told me it's side effects।। please

A. Hai good morning !! As those are calcium supplements for adults check calcium dosage,proportion on each gummy per day base is mentioned on it ,check that. Generally kids require 800-1000 mg of calcium per day through diet. If the dosage is 500 mg per day ,or kid having insufficient diet(calcium deficiency ) then that would be balanced. Only in case kid having sufficient diet ,calcium source from regular diet then this add on supplement would be harmful. So better avoid giving any supplements unless prescribed by Doctor.
