please help, I've found these rashes on my 4 month old daughter at the back of her neck. I'm not sure if it's sweat rash or allergic.

This can be because of change in weather so you should try to keep you baby in normal room temperature and don’t change the temperature of surroundings frequently. You can apply Himalaya Pickle heat powder and start using Babyhug baby products it is one of the best brand in babies products
